  • International: Delivered within 7–14 business days after processing. Final delivery times depend on destination and carrier.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery address.

4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Weekends & Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will begin processing the next business day.

7. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. Dr. Scent Switzerland does not cover these charges.

8. Damage or Loss in Transit
Dr. Scent Switzerland is not liable for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
