Warranty, Returns & Cancellations

1. Product Warranty
Our technical fragrance devices are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What is Covered:
During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace a defective product at no cost to you. Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or malfunctions resulting from:

  • Improper use, maintenance, or handling.
  • Use of fragrances not purchased from Dr. Scent.
  • Accidents, moisture, fire, power surges, or other external causes.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.
  • Negligence or malicious acts.

All warranty repairs must be performed exclusively by Dr. Scent.

2. Right of Cancellation & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your non-technical purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods.

To Cancel:
Notify us of your cancellation within this period via email or in writing to the address below. You then have an additional 14 days to return the items to us.

Return Condition:
Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging intact. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
